For six to eight people, apartments No. 2.302 and No. 2.306 on the Gerlitzen Alpe can be combined in the same building. Enquire early – it does not work every week.
A dedicated workspace at 1,440 metres. Quiet mornings, then 53 kilometres of piste or 147 kilometres of trails in the afternoon. From two weeks we settle cleaning, laundry and shopping in advance.
Your own kitchen instead of a hotel breakfast, a room to sit together in, and a sauna after the ski day in winter. Invoice to a company address and VAT number – please tell us before it is issued. Parties are not possible out of consideration for the neighbours.
63 m² for two people, a balcony with mountain and lake views, a bathtub and a separate WC. Villach, with its station and motorway access, is at the western end of the lake.
Gerlitzen Alpe: 53 kilometres of piste, 18 lifts, access by the building. Turracher Höhe: 43 kilometres of piste, full snowmaking, season usually from late November into April.
Lidos, the cycle path around the lake, sailing and stand-up paddling. Plus Landskron Castle, the monkey mountain and Ossiach Abbey for the days in between.
A private sauna, pine forest outside the door, three mountain lakes within walking distance. Cleared paths in winter, sunrise tours with breakfast on the mountain in summer.
