Currently, no. No cookies are set when you open this site – neither by us nor by third parties. There is no analytics, no advertising network, no tracking pixel and no recognition across visits.
That is why you see no consent banner here. A cookie banner without cookies would only be a nuisance and would announce something that does not happen.
Then why this page?
So you can read what does happen – and so you notice if it ever changes. This page will be updated as soon as a service requiring cookies is added.
What happens instead

If we ever add analytics
A notice would appear before anything loads, with equally weighted Necessary only and Allow all buttons. Nothing would load without your consent, your choice would be stored locally in your browser, and you could change it any time from the footer.
